When you report someone for breaking a rule you must have proof. This proof can come in the ways of a witness or a picture. A picture would be the best idea. But if you have a TRUSTED witness such as a mod or trusted player then that might work to. Please post about as many rule breakers as you can. We want the game to be nice and fun!
